I thought that many interesting points were brought up in this article. It is especially true that online books/articles, etc. have brought the library business to a whole new ballgame (bookgame?). It's amazing. I may not be a librarian, but I do get to see how patrons love their electronic resources (and how they want their documents delivered NOW!). They want their PDFs and their Zips and their this and that emailed. Oh, how upset they can get if they don't!!!! How could they have possibly survived back in the day, when practically ALL research had to be done at the library. No internet, no email, no nada (well, just "nada" because the former's a double negative).Anyhow... since there are icebergs involved, please see: Here.
